Here at Town Square Jewelers we strive for excellence in every piece we create. You can either  bring in pieces you no longer wear or we can create pieces from scratch. We take pride in creating all of our custom work in house. Creating your dream jewelry typically takes three stages.  First off, is the CAD Design. CAD (Computer Aided Design), is when we draw up the design you like and we create it with our CAD program.CAD pricing is determined by the amount of time it takes the jeweler to design the piece in addition to the technology involved in creating it.  The time it takes to create a specific CAD will need to be determined by the piece of jewelry. Before we are able to create the CAD design, you must leave a deposit for the CAD fee. This fee will go towards the total cost of your piece. Once we create your design, the next step is to make a model of it.

We create a 3D resin replica of the design for you to preview. Please allow at least one week to create the CAD and the first resin replica.  If you are not satisfied with the resin preview, we will allow one modification session free of charge (this free service only includes minor modifications;comprehensive design changes will be considered a new CAD). Each design change session will approximately take 3 days to 1 week to complete.  Each modification session will incur a non-refundable $75 charge for the time and the new resin 3D print. Finally, after approving the 3D resin replica, the cost of the entire piece will need to be paid before going into production. Once the piece goes into production, it is non-refundable.  Time for creating jewelry takes at least one month, and depends on the modifications and complexity of the piece.
