He then purchased The Diamond Exchange of Maryland in 1982. The full-service retail store was closed in 1996, after an armed robbery in the spring of that year, and a private office was opened to service clients.   Now he has relocated to Tallahassee, Florida, and has opened a private office and showroom. Although he is based in Florida, Mr. Kramer still maintains clients all over the United States
