In 1923 Samuel Posin, a former Russian immigrant achieved the American Dream by opening a fine jewelry store in downtown Wheeling, West Virginia. His son, Howard Posin carried on the family tradition by opening Howard's Diamond Center in 1979.  After 30 successful years in downtown Wheeling, HDC relocated to the new retail development “ the Highlands” in 2010, where they have remained a family owned and operated cornerstone in the fine jewelry business.  When you shop at Howard's you will be impressed by our beautiful new store with modern amenities. The store is lit by two striking  custom art glass chandeliers, while the floor is covered with exotic Brazilian Tigerwood.
