Hobbs Jewelers was founded in 1984 in Ardmore, Tennessee, by Steve Hobbs and Rodney Hobbs. Hobbs quickly became known throughout the area for their selection and value. In 1989, Hobbs Jewelers opened its second store in Athens, Alabama. During this time, their father, Ed Hobbs, and their sister, Teresa Russell, joined the business. In 2002, Hobbs Jewelers moved to its new location, a spacious 3500sq ft free standing brick store. Hobbs Jewelers is known through out North Alabama for their quality, value, and service. In fact,we hear from our customers that Hobbs Jewelers has one of the largest bridal selections in North Alabama
