Grunwald & Kiger Fine Jewelers

Dan Grunwald graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. He started his jewelry career in Oklahoma before moving back to Minnesota to become a bench jeweler. Dan continued to master his skills when he moved to Mason City.

In 1991 he partnered and opened Hanson-Grunwald Jewelers in the Southbridge Mall.  In 2005 and in a new location, Grunwald & Kiger Fine Jewelers has quickly became known as “The Place for Jewelry by Actual Jewelers”  Jaimi Kiger is a Mason City native. She started her passion for jewelry in high school while training under David Lee, a renown local jeweler.

After graduation she moved to Minnesota to become a bench jeweler for Custom Creations. In 1998 Jaimi started working for Dan as a bench jeweler and continued her training through GIA. Then in 2005 she and Dan partnered together with Grunwald & Kiger Fine Jewelers.  Dan and Jaimi have won numerous awards for jewelry design.  Their much sought after designs bring great value to community fundraising events as they donate a specifically designed piece.
