Appraisals and Insurance Replacements Fredric Rubel Jewelers has several Graduate Gemologists and Certified Gemologists Appraisers on staff who can perform insurance and appraisal reports. Please call to schedule an appointment.  Our store will gladly provide insurance documentation to your insurance agent at your request. In the event of an insurance replacement, we can work directly with your insurance company to provide a replacement for you.  Insurance appraisals are provided free of charge for new purchases upon request.
