Frank Jr. is a native of Chicago and can often be found behind the store counter, helping customers to piece together the perfect jewelry for any occasion or cause. This is his passion. He graduated from the Gemological Institute of America (G.I.A.) in Carlsbad, California, and Gem City College in Quincy, Illinois.
