Owner John Bonifas, who has forty seven years of jewelry experience, took over the business almost thirty years ago bringing new life to the store, as well as to Carmel's jewelry trade. Since then Mr. Bonifas has acquired one of the finest collections of authentic fine antique and estate jewelry and watches from the 1800s to present day. 'The search for the finest and most beautiful jewels is thankfully never ending,' says Mr. Bonifas.

Fourtané Jewelers welcomes the public into the world of fine jewelry making. We offer affordable custom jewelry making services to both jewelry design amateurs and professionals. Through one-on-one consultations in our workshop or remotely, you will work with our award winning master jeweler on designing your one-of-a-kind jewel to be created by hand
