Ron, our Vice President, has been part of the b. alsohns family since 1983, when his parents, Allan and Beverly, founded the business. Ron is a GIA Graduate Gemologist for over 30 years, and in that time has gained much insight into the jewelry industry. He is single-mindedly determined to provide his customers with the highest quality jewelry and the absolute best service possible. You can be sure that with his vast experience meeting the wide-ranging desires and needs of our customers, Ron can assist you in finding that perfect piece that you and your family will enjoy forever.

Ron's wife, Debbie, handles many of the day to day needs of operating the business, but she also has her pulse on the up and coming fashion trends. Debbie meets with our designers, keeps an eye on the fashion scene to see what's fresh, and ensures that new pieces brought in to the store reflect the tastes of current shoppers. In addition to serving our customers, Debbie interfaces with many charitable organizations in our community. With her help b. alsohns has supported, through in-store events and donations, organizations such as The Living Desert, Desert Cancer, and American Friends of Our Armed Forces. Giving back to the Desert community is an important part of Debbie's contribution to the b. alsohns vision.

A GIA Certified Jewelry Professional and studying to become a Graduate Gemologist, Jessica has great knowledge of diamonds and gemstones. She is also the force behind our Instagram account and our social media posts. Her warm outgoing personality has made her a favorite with our staff and customers. Jessica manages to make all this look easy while being a busy wife and mother of three!

With over 30 years of retail jewelry experience, Barbara Jean is an Estate Jewelry Expert. She has a long list of loyal customers who have followed her through the years and we are thrilled she is now part of our family.Jim is a Master Jeweler with 40+ years of experience. From a simple repair to an intricate custom masterpiece, Jim can turn your dreams into reality.You're welcome to bring in your ideas or your own stones.
