After twelve successful years selling diamond bracelets, diamond earrings, diamond rings and certified diamonds, Jim Woodard moved his store into the Northgate Mall and watched as business expanded exponentially. Just over eight years ago, Jim realized his lifelong dream opening in his newest location. At twice the size and twice the selection, this new showroom is a diamond lover’s dream. “The selection and display that we have at Woodard’s Diamond Showcase is unlike any other that you will find in the area,” said Mr. Woodard, founder and president of his namesake company. “At least once a week we get a customer who remarks to us that they thought they would have to travel to Nashville or Atlanta to find a selection like what we offer, and that makes all of us very happy.” It is only fitting that Mr. Woodard would be thinking about how his business could help his community as he is well known around town for his involvement in numerous charitable boards and organizations.

Traveling overseas to the major diamond cutting centers in Antwerp, Belgium, every diamond is painstakingly examined under magnification, compared with master color sets, tested under UV lights for fluorescence, and analyzed for proportion, polish and symmetry.
