Service Jewelry Repair

1050 Glenbrook Way, Ste 400, Hendersonville, Tennessee, United States | Precious Metals

The owners of Service Jewelry & Repair were employed by Service Merchandise for a total of over 40 years. When Service Merchandise closed, we saw a void that needed to be filled. Our number one goal has always been to be a one stop shop for all your jewelry needs.

EXPERIENCED DESIGNER & GRADUATE GEMOLOGIST (GIA)

Your jewelry will be designed by our skilled gemologist. Not only does he have years of experience as a custom designer, but as a gemologist, he possesses expert knowledge of precious stones. If you don't already have your stones, he will help you select the right ones for your special piece. Whether you have examples of what you want or just an idea, he'll be with you every step of the way, giving as much or as little input as you wish. He can even create a beautiful watercolor painting of your custom piece as an additional keepsake.

STATE OF THE ART SOFTWARE

After the initial meeting, our designer creates a 3D model of your design using our CAD software. You can view your piece from every angle and easily compare different design features and stones. After you have approved the design, we create a scale wax model that is used to cast your piece. If you desire, you can try on the wax model and approve the size and proportions before the real piece is created. You can even take a tour of the facility and see where everything takes place!
