We can create any design of your choosing using your gold and stones or ours as well as wax approval if requested.

History

Established in 1946 In 1946, Henry and Anna Spitz realized the culmination of years of sacrifice and determination with the opening of the first Spitz Jewelers in Oakland. 1986 brought the expansion of the store to Downtown Walnut Creek and, once again, the word 'family' became synonymous not only with who we are, but our relationship with our customers and community.

Spitz Jewelers began as a full service jewelry store offering services from watch and jewelry repair to custom design and manufacturing - all with a superior level of service and commitment to our customers in a relaxed and low pressure environment. Today we continue, as the second and third generations continue those proud traditions.

Estate, insurance and evaluation jewelry appraisal services by appointment. No charge appraisals with every major purchase.

Jewelry Engraving

Jewelry engraving can be done on the premises and specialized hand engraving offsite.

Watch Repair & Services

Includes on-site battery replacement for almost all watch brands, complete watch repair services for all major brands, warranty shipping for Cartier, Baume & Mercier, Ebel, Omega, Tag Heuer and Tissot as well as strap and bracelet sales and sizing.

Estate Jewelry

We offer estate jewelry services, discreet and confidential.

Custom Design

We have our own on-site jewelers and we offer complete fabrication services, from wax model to casting and finishing. Whether we remodel an existing piece or customize one of our own, you are involved in the step by step process.
