EFFICIENCY REBATES
ENERGY EFFICIENCY CREDITS
Formerly called rebates, energy efficiency credits are offered to our members. If you add an electric heat pump, electric water heater (30 gallons or more), or electric motor (10 hp. or above) give us a call.
LIGHTING
Common light bulbs now sold in the United States typically use about 25%-80% less energy than traditional incandescent. Many bulbs meet these new standards, including halogen incandescent, CFLs, and LEDs.
WATER HEATERS
Do you have an old and or inefficient propane water heater? Take control of your energy use by choosing an electric water heater and see how economical and efficient it can be. High West Energy is pleased to offer a free 85 gallon water heater to members converting from gas or propane to an electric water heater. Here’s how it works...
LIEAP
Low Income Energy Assistance (LIEAP)
LIEAP is a state and federally-funded program that helps people pay home heating bills November through June. The program is open to homeowners and renters. It helps cover the costs of electricity, natural gas, propane, wood, diesel heating oil, coal and pellets when these are used for heating a home.
