Jetta Operating Company, Inc. is a privately held oil and gas company founded in 1991 and headquartered in Fort Worth, Texas.Jetta operates more than 1000 wells in four predominant areas of concentration: Texas Gulf Coast, Delaware Basin of West Texas, Southern Mid-Continent region of Oklahoma and Texas, and Appalachian Basin in Eastern Kentucky. The Appalachian properties maintain a field office in Hazard, Kentucky and comprise Jetta Operating Appalachia, LLC which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jetta Operating Company, Inc.Jetta’s focus is on maintaining and growing reserves by exploiting opportunities that present from detailed reservoir analysis and through the drill bit. Jetta's Gulf Coast operations extend from the Houston area to the South Texas border. Seeligson and West Columbia fields of the prolific Frio trend provide a strong reserve base and continue to offer low-risk development and exploitation opportunities for both oil and gas from multiple reservoirs, utilizing 3-D seismic and subsurface geology.Jetta's operations in the West Texas region include fields located in the Midland and Delaware Basins. Primarily an oil province, properties in this region combine stable production and low-risk development opportunities from several proven reservoirs. Horizontal drilling is employed to maximize production and economics of various field development projects.Jetta's operations are located throughout Oklahoma, the Texas Panhandle and Arkansas. Producing both oil and gas, reservoirs from this region are diverse with multi-pay drilling opportunities.Jetta’s Appalachian properties are located in southeastern Kentucky and include several fields that offer long-lived reserves in the Devonian Shale resource play and the Big Lime. Extensive experience in reservoir characterization and stimulation technology facilitates numerous low-risk development opportunities in this gas prone region.
