Prairie Energy Cooperative

Prairie Energy Cooperative is an electrical distribution cooperative serving eleven counties in north central Iowa. Corn Belt Power Cooperative is our generation and transmission cooperative.

Our cooperative members are our neighbors, local businesses, industries, and farmers. We are owned and controlled by the people we serve.

Our mission and purpose: To provide leadership, solutions and service to enrich the quality of life in our community.  We will accomplish our purpose through a balanced and progressive focus on our member-owners, our employees and our communities.
