CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTICE

No transaction fee for Bank Draft or for E-Check transactions.
(A profile must be set up on your account for these services, please contact us if interested in these no cost services).

For credit/debit card-type transactions, a convenience fee of $3.95 for payments between $0 to $300,
$7.90 for transactions between $300.01 and $600, $11.85 for transactions between $600.01 and $900,
and $15.80 for transactions between $900.01 and $1200 will be applied.
The maximum payment per transaction is $1200. A separate transaction would have to be made for the amount over $1200 and not to exceed an additional $1200.

You may also pay by online banking transactions , if available, with your local bank or financial institution.
No fee is charged by Forked Deer Electric for this type of transaction, although some banks or institution may charge a fee for this type of service.

For Traditional Customers:

Bills will be issued monthly, and are due on or before the due date.
Failure to receive a bill will not release customer from payment obligation.
If the due date falls on a weekend or a holiday that is observed by the cooperative, the next working day will be considered as a day of grace for delivery of payment.
If the bill is not paid on time, a 5% penalty will be applied to the net amount.
If the bill has not been paid 8 days after the due date, the member's service may be disconnected.
