At Delta Electric, our mission is to provide the highest quality service to all of our members. Since 1938, we’ve done just that, providing reliable electric power to families, farms, businesses and industries throughout our thirteen county service area. After more than seventy years of service we remain mission driven, and our focus will not change.  

Delta Electric Power Association is proud to provide service to the following Mississippi counties; Attala, Bolivar, Carroll, Choctaw, Grenada, Holmes, Humphreys, Leflore, Montgomery, Sunflower, Tallahatchie,  Washington and Webster.

Delta Electric Power Association is pleased to inform our members that we now offer several convenient options for paying your electrical bill. As always, you may still use our three standard methods of payment by cash, check or by money order at one of our offices or by mailing in your payment with your payment stub. Members also have the additional options of paying via Bank Draft from a checking or savings account and online via eCheck or Credit Card. You may also pay by phone by calling toll free 1-866-419-0834.

Please be advised that payments made online by Credit Card or Echeck will be posted immediately to your electric account. Payments made by phone before 7:00 PM CST will be posted the next business day to your electric account. When paying online, you are now directed to our Customer Portal where you have to register as a user to pay online.

Return Check Fee: $25
Outdoor Area Lights: $8.50 per month and up

Meter Tampering Charges

Investigation Fee: $250
Labor Fees: $100
Amount Due for stolen power
Amount Due for damage to DEPA property or equipment 
Outstanding Balance, if any, due on account
