Clearfork Resources, LLC is a Fort Worth, TX based exploration and production company established in 2011. Clearfork focuses on the acquisition, development and exploitation of long lived oil and gas properties in the Continental U.S. Clearfork is backed by TPH Partners, the private equity arm of Tudor Pickering & Holt. Clearfork currently operates a 4,400 acre block in Andrews County, TX. The Company successfully divested its North Texas properties in October of 2014. Clearfork is actively seeking production and development opportunities in hydrocarbon bearing basins throughout the Continental U.S. with a specific focus on the Permian Basin.
