WEST COAST HURON ENERGY INC. (Operating as Goderich Hydro)

Goderich Hydro Inc., originally established as the Goderich Public Utilities, is an energy services based company in the power distribution business.

Goderich Hydro is regulated and licensed by the Ontario Energy Board to provide all regulated electricity distribution services to over 3700 business and residential customers in the Town of Goderich.

Cornerstone Hydro Electric Concepts Association

Goderich Hydro is a member of the Cornerstone Hydro Electric Concepts Association or CHEC Group. CHEC is an association of 17 electricity distribution utilities modeled after a cooperative to share resources and proficiencies serving approximately 145,000 customers. 

CHEC is a diverse yet collective alliance focused on maximizing value for investment by combining resources and competencies while simultaneously maintaining the high standards of locally supplied services our customers have come to expect.
