Westwood’s Quality Management (QM) program was developed comprehensively by bringing together project managers, production staff, and senior leadership to ensure an effective program; one that provides value to our clients without unduly driving up costs. 

Many QM programs are static and quickly become outdated. In the spirit of continuous improvement, Westwood’s QM program is dynamic. It changes with our business and our clients’ objectives. Our project managers and professionals regularly test and challenge existing procedures for value. The Westwood QM system is constantly being improved.

At Westwood, delivering quality products and services to our clients is paramount. Our QM program ensures quality control will be applied on our projects in a way that is effective and provides the most value to our project teams and clients.    

Westwood teams have worked hundreds of thousands of continuous hours of operation on projects of all scopes and sizes. Keeping our people safe, healthy, and on the job is critical to Westwood and our clients. We are committed to building a culture of safe work practices, training, and support.

To date, we have had in excess of 645,000 man-hours of continuous operations on large projects with no lost time or recordable incidents or accidents.

Education and Incentives

We instill safe practices through education and rewards. Project meetings and all-office monthly meetings begin with safety minutes. Our employees are encouraged to make their wellbeing a priority.
