Canada Coal Inc. (CCK – TSX.V) is a publicly listed Arctic Coal company that holds one of Canada’s largest historic undeveloped coal resources, estimated to be in the order of 43.8 Billion tonnes. Canada Coal holds 75 active licenses comprising over 2,442,627 acres located on Ellesmere Island in Nunavut. Canada Coal's interests include properties with historical resource estimates which are not compliant with National Instrument 43-101 ('NI 43-101'). Recent assays show less than 1% sulphur (0.35%) and less than 10% ash (5% average) indicating the possibility that a washing plant will not be needed and could generate direct to ship product. Permitting has now commenced for an upcoming drill program, expected to be approximately 9,000 meters.To explore and develop Canada’s largest coal resource for the benefit of Canada Coal’s shareholders and Canada as a whole by:

• Exploring the coal licenses with the view to discovering significant high grade metallurgical coal deposits
• Improving ore body knowledge of the license areas and the development of a NI43-101 resource statement
• Establishing a basis for the development of sustainable coal mining operations
• Leveraging Canada’s stated objectives for arctic Sovereignty and Northern employment opportunities to further enhance the project
• Build a global market place awareness and investor following for the merits of coal production in the Arctic
