Maya Gold & Silver Inc. engages in the acquisition, exploration, evaluation, and development of gold and silver properties in Morocco and Mexico. The company owns 100% interests in the Amizmiz gold property, the Azegour property, and the Mining permit No 233263; and 85% interest in the Zgounder silver mine located in Morocco. It also holds 100% interests in the La Campaña property located in Mexico. The company was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Montreal, Canada.
