Minco Silver Corp

Minco Silver Corporation was incorporated on August 20, 2004 under the laws of the Province of British Columbia. The Company commenced operations on October 1, 2004 and listed its shares on the Senior Board of the Toronto Stock Exchange in December of 2005 (TSX:MSV), on the (QX:MISV.F) in January of 2011, and the (FSE:A0ESX5) in October of 2010. Minco Silver is involved in the exploration and development of silver dominant projects, and has carried out extensive programs on its flagship project, the Fuwan Silver Project, including exploration, a Preliminary Economic Assessment (P.E.A.) in 2007, and an International Bankable Feasibility Study (I.B.F.S.) in 2009,Minco Silver's mission is to become a mid-tier silver producer creating long term value for shareholders, by implementing corporate growth through targeted acquisition of silver dominant properties, advancing projects to feasibility, and development, and organic growth
