Vital Energy Inc. is a public junior oil and gas company based in Calgary, Alberta, focused on conventional crude oil exploration, development and production in Western Canada.

Current production is approximately 300 BOPD and projected at 3,000 by year end 2017.

Corporate History

Vital Energy Inc. (the 'Company' or 'Vital') is a public company and is incorporated in the Province of Alberta, Canada. Vital became a public company from the result of an amalgamation of Sundance Energy Corporation and Ceno Energy Limited on June 18, 2014 and a name change on September 30, 2014. The Company's activities are the exploration for, development and production of oil and natural gas properties in Western Canada.

In connection with the amalgamation, the Company also completed a financing for gross proceeds of $10,000,000 (the 'Financing') and the share capital was restructured to 50,000,000 issued and outstanding common shares.

In the 4th quarter of 2015, the Company raised $2,125,000 by the way of convertable debenture; subscribed for entirely by the directors.
