During 2013 / 2014 Oracle has built a strong management team with over 150 years combined experience in international oil exploration and development, economics and finance, and government relations. 

STRATEGY

Our strategy is to build a significant African based E&P company with an initial focus on developing reserves in Nigeria. In addition we will continue de-risking our prospective Portugal exploration concession. 

OUR BUSINESS

Oracle's team is comprised of professionals who have spent a large part of their career delivering successful development and redevelopment projects in West Africa and particularly in Nigeria. Oracle's technical expertise is complemented by its Financial and Government Relations experience and it's in country contacts. Oracle's team intends to acquire some of many such projects that are currently available in Nigeria and to reproduce this success.

Oracle's business plan is consistent with the environment in Nigeria; the push to indigenize the industry, the push to increase production and the asset sale process the International Companies are progressing.
