Karmin Exploration Inc. (“Karmin”) is a public company, headquartered in Toronto, Ontario, Canada and traded in Canada on the TSX Venture Exchange and in Peru on the Bolsa de Valores de Lima. Karmin is a mining and exploration company which owns:

• 30% of the Aripuanã Zinc Project, one of the largest undeveloped zinc projects in Brazil.
• 100% of the Aripuanã Gold Project in Brazil; and
• 100% of the Cushuro Gold Project in the world class Alto Chicama gold district, northern Peru
