Black Iron Rubber Co. is an integrated United States manufacturer since 2001 of vulcanized rubber goods supplying an array of quality products to many commercial and industrial sectors including manufacturing, retail, agricultural, and military.

BIRCO has in-house raw material processing, compounding, compression molding, and fabrication capabilities to yield variable specifications and relatively small and large (up to 5’ x 9’) dimensional requirements for its clients. Typical physical properties are tensile strength: 950-1150 psi, Ultimate elongation: 210-300%, 100% modulus: 350-400psi. coefficient of friction: 1.2-1.25 static. UV exposure, ATSM D 925-88(00) 72 hrs ten inches below 275W RS UV bulb: tensile strength 5.9 % change, elongation 6.7% change.
