General capabilities include forward, reverse, and combination impact extrusion; cold forging; and cold forming services. Capable of handling parts with 0.010 in. minimum wall thickness, 0.5 to 5 in. diameter, up to 12 in. maximum single hit extruded length, and +/- 0.005 in. general tolerance. Materials worked with are 1000 and 6000 series aluminum. Available in prototypes and moderate to high volume production runs.
