In addition to Metals Processing and Management, the TMW Technology Division researches, develops and applies innovative technology with notable economic and environmental benefits.

Examples are the surface-enhancement processes Smooth Clean Surface (SCS) and Eco-Pickled Surface (EPS), a replacement for acid pickling of strip steel, shown at the left. We licence our technology to service centers, toll processors and steel mills around the world and provide turnkey production systems and support.
