Machined parts include shafts, forgings, jewelry, valves, pins, thread rods, fasteners, spindles, sockets, bushings, spacers, fittings, standoffs, extrusion dies, fixtures and form tools. Materials include tool and alloy steel, all grades of stainless steel and aluminum. Capabilities include machining, CNC grinding, turning and milling, wire EDM, honing, CMM, regrinding, boring, cutting, knurling, gear hobbing, counterboring, pocketing, profiling, tapping, lathe work, inspection, forming and marking. Additional services include CAD designing and CAM engineering programming. Machine, engine, turbine, hydraulic, injection mold and turbo machinery components, tooling, control housings and centrifugal pump impellers are also available. On-time delivery.

Founded in 1956 Mallory Industries has enjoyed long relationships with such aerospace customers as Woodward, Honeywell, United Technologies Aerospace Systems, GE and various DOD depots as well as many commercial customers. Mallory operates 2 shifts out of a 22,000 square foot facility in Farmington, Ct and is conveniently located in the heart of “Aerospace Alley.
