Advanced Technical Finishing (ATF) is a high end metal finisher with a diverse mix of capabilities.  We are located in Huntsville, Alabama – a center for high technology in the aerospace, military, medical, arms, and other commercial industries.  To serve these industries, we maintain the highest quality and customer service standards in the metal finishing industry. ATF has exceptional capabilities in mechanical and chemical surface preparation, electroplating, paint and coating, anodizing, post finish processing (including baking), and quality testing abilities.We also feature in house testing of finished products including salt spray testing, adhesion testing, and nondestructive testing (magnetic particle and liquid penetrant). ATF specializes in the painting of components used in military, aerospace and commercial settings. Our expert technicians are experienced in a variety of paint applications. Equipped to meet the vast needs of our clientele, ATF houses two walk in paint booths with separate automatic conveyor lines running through each. Additionally we have a walk in oven and our 'Dri Quik Infra-red oven' for drying Polyurathane Enamel, Polane and other light gauge materials.With expertise in mechanical and chemical surface preparation, surface treatments, electroplating, post finishing procedures, painting of components, testing and certification, ATF is a one-stop shop for all your metal coating needs.
