Stewart EFI Finishing, located in El Paso, Texas, is a provider of precision metal plating and finishing services. Stewart EFI Finishing prides itself on supplying high quality finishing services at its ISO 9001 registered facility to customers from across the U.S. and Mexico.The company’s quality system is based on the TS16949 automotive standard, to which we are registered.  To help ensure strong process control the company’s in-house lab has full capabilities to monitor bath chemistries and plating composition using atomic absorption, hull cell testing, XRF machines and chemical analysis.With its location in El Paso, Texas, Stewart EFI Finishing is ideally situated to support plating services for customers in the borderland regions of the Southwest, including Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and Northern Mexico, as well as companies shipping products from other regions to their customers in Mexico.  Among our customers are several top tier companies which manufacture their metal components in the Midwest or Northeastern U.S., and ship them to us for finishing.  We warehouse the products, and then finish them based on release schedules.  These products are shipped directly into Mexico to Juarez, Tijuana, Torreon, Chihuahua City, and Nogales, among others.   Our staff is fluent in both Spanish and English to support our customers on both sides of the border.Dedicated to satisfying customer requirements, our engineers and designers produce over 8 billion parts per year. They work with tolerances as precise as 0.0005' (0.013 mm) and with materials ranging from stainless steels and copper alloys to more exotic materials such as inconel, beryllium copper, and monel.We work closely with customers to design parts that will simplify the manufacturing process, deliver cost-efficient price/performance and actually improve product quality. We design, build, produce, and maintain all of our in-house progressive and slide-form tooling and assembly equipment with an experienced staff of over 50 tool and die makers. Our 250,000-square-foot Yonkers headquarters/manufacturing facility boasts more than 160 presses, 50 multi-slide machines, and 200 custom-built wire forming and assembly machines.
