Our facilities contain automatics and manual lines that can handle small medical parts or large parts up to 40,000 pounds. Our coatings address: wear resistance, anti-galling, dry lubrication, corrosion resistance, grip, release, hardness, shielding, NSF, cytotoxicity, bio burden, electrical, low coefficient of friction, & others. Techmetals is unique in its ability to offer Research and Development capabilities.An engineering metal finishing, anodize, PVD, electro polish, and plating company. Large part capacity and production coating lines that are manual and automatic. Research & development services are available as needed. Some process lines can handle large parts up to 20 tons.
