Rebuilt and repaired liquid handling equipment are available with 1-year warranty.Though Oil Trades began as distributors of new, surplus, used and rebuilt liquid handling equipment. Over the last 30 years, we developed a niche in custom manufacturing of rebuilt pumping systems. We take used equipment destined for the scrapyard and rebuilt it so that it may enter the supply chain once again, therefore extending it's useful life. Here are specifics on our process: first we assess the current condition and determine what parts need replacing/remanufacturing. We sand-blast all internal and external parts which removes rust, particulate matter, and restores the internal and external form-factors to manufacturing specifications. We replace/remanufacture all parts that are no longer working and then begin the process of reassembly. Once the equipment is assembled and mounted according to specifications, we put it through our rigorous testing process to ensure that everything is perfectly functional. Once the Equipment-Testing Room (or the 'ER' for short as we affectionately call it) gives the equipment the “all clear”, it can be packed and shipped with our famous 1-year warranty (same as factory new).
