Industrial cleaning services for solid fossil fuel boilers. Cleaning features high energy hydrojet water blasting at pressures up to 9200 psi/120 gpm with 675 to 1100 continuous deck horsepower to remove slag & ash deposits left behind by consumed fossil fuels. Several boiler areas can be simultaneously cleaned utilizing multiple automated cleaning devices. Specific boiler areas cleaned include cyclones, upper & lower fire box walls & ceiling, reheat pendants, vertical & super heater pendants, screen tubes, horizontal backpass elements, economizer hoppers, air pre-heater tubes & Ljungstrom air pre-heater units. Fire side slag and ash deposits reduce boiler efficiency, causing load limitations and forced outages. In addition, large slag deposits produce hazards that prevent safe entry of personnel conducting boiler fireside inspection and repair. Vadakin Inc.’s “Applied High Energy Cleaning Systems” have innovated fire side boiler cleaning in both cyclone burner and pulverized fuel units. Sustainable high volume/high pressure water impingement reaches contaminated boiler tube surface areas. Utilizing multiple boiler region specific cleaning devices ensures effective, timely cleaning to even the most remote and restrictive boiler regions. All cleaning devices and associated energy delivery components were designed to maximize co-efficiency of water flow and maintain safe working pressure requirements.
