Liberty Resources LLC

Liberty Resources II, LLC currently operates over 40 wells in the Bakken and Three Forks formations of North Dakota as well as a 9,000 acre water flood project in Western North Dakota. Liberty began its drilling program in 2014 and currently runs one drilling rig and has grown operated gross production to ~6,000 BOE/day.  Our long-term development plan anticipates a two-rig multi-year drilling program of ~150 wells in the core of its properties near Tioga, ND.In 2015 Liberty II purchased approximately 15,000 net acres in the Powder River Basin of Wyoming.Liberty has submitted drilling permits to start development drilling in the Powder River Basin in 2016. The company plans to develop multiple horizons within the region and expects its completions and production expertise to again result in superior production results relative to other operators in the region.Liberty has consistently shown superior production performance relative to other companies that operate in the North Dakota Bakken. Liberty Resources II, LLC ('Liberty II') was founded in late 2013 also with the principal support of Riverstone Holdings LLC in order to transact on the acquisition of ~53,000 net acres in the Williston Basin. The company's development plan consists of two-rig multi-year drilling program of ~150 wells in the core of its properties near Tioga, ND. Drilling started in 2014 and despite the current low commodity prices the company continues to run one drilling rig on these properties and has grown operated gross production to ~6,000 BOE/day.
