Attic Guys gets a lot of calls from customers who are having problems with dust in their house, even in relatively new properties. This was an older home owned by a writer – simply tired of the mess in the attic, the writer set out to make his home healthier and more efficient. When we come and do an inspection, we can often find that there is a lot of dust in the coils and air ducts. This can happen if the air conditioning unit is run without air filters in place or when they should have been replaced and are not as efficient as they once were. The Attic Guys team is very adept at dealing with this problem and we often find ourselves arranging to remove old blown insulation and remove and replace air ducts at the same time, while we are there on site. As you will see, we prepare the site thoroughly for the work ahead and remove any debris, before setting to work on removing and replacing blown insulation and resolving any dust issues you have in your home, by replacing the air ducts.
