Material Evaluation
As you develop your product, CTI can build prototypes over several generations for evaluation of material choice and design. CTI works with several adhesive and compounding companies for sourcing material or specifying a custom product for meeting the unique needs of the customer. Additionally, CTI can coat materials that are provided or developed by the customer.
Equipment Evaluation
CTI has a wide variety of equipment to perform wide format coatings and laminations. CTI can utilize several technologies for developing your product in an R&D fashion. This enables your organization the opportunity to investigate several methods for manufacturing your product, learning the advantages and disadvantages of each method, before investing capital in new equipment and committing to a specific technology.
Since CTI is a contract coater and laminator, our equipment is put together in a modular fashion. This allows us to accommodate new and unusual products by modifying the equipment.

CTI specializes in wide web coatings and laminations of materials available in rolled form.
Coatings
CTI provides Contract Coating. Coatings include hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives, water-based adhesives, and specialty coating such as skid resistance, strength improvement, or color.
Laminations
CTI provides Contract Laminations, utilizing either hot melt or waterborne adhesive coating, or hot roll lamination.
Die cutting and slitting
Complimenting our coating and laminating services, CTI has the equipment to perform die cutting and slitting of the rolled materials.
