About USCorp

USCorp is a United States based exploration and development company. USCorp, through its wholly owned subsidiaries, USMetals, Inc. and Imperial Metals, Inc. (formerly Southwest Resource Development, Inc.), is engaged in the acquisition and development of mineral properties, primarily gold and silver, in the United States.

The Company is currently focused on two projects: the Picacho Salton project in the Mesquite Mining District of California and the Twin Peaks project in the Eureka Mining District of Arizona. USCorp has performed significant exploration work, including the completion of feasibility studies, environmental, ecological and biological reports and performed drilling.

USCorp explores and develops properties that meet our demanding criteria:

• Past gold or other valuable mineral production within the project boundaries
• Assays show gold or other valuable minerals in minable quantities
• Significant geological analysis
• Credible geologists’ reports indicating resource estimates and proven reserves

Wondjina Research Institute

(WRI) Rich Lundin, Geologist: Mr. Lundin is a Director, Wondjina Research Institute (WRI), the research and publication division of Wombat Mining & Exploration Co. (WME). Mr. Lundin is responsible for investigation, testing and permitting of Mineral Material and Cu-Mo-Au-U “breccia” pipe-fracture zone and Cu-Pb-Zn-Au-Ag VMS metal mineral resources in Arizona, California and New Mexico for Rich Ore Mining, Inc. This work includes all phases of geological mapping, airborne remote sensing, geotechnical and geophysical studies and reconnaissance Archaeological, Archeogeophysical, Archaeochemical and-Environmental Studies.

Biozone, Inc.

Biozone, Inc., in association with Wondjina, is the Company’s archeological and biological assessment contractor. Currently affiliated with Biozone are: Dr. Archie M. Dickey (President & Principal Investigator), Dr. Andrew L. Christenson (Archaeologist), David Eiker(Project Manager), James Higgs (Wildlife biologist), MarchelleL. Rajic (Wildlife Biologist), and MollyssaKuper(Technical Editor).

This privately owned and operated business continues to serve major as well as junior exploration and development operations in the west and southwest.

has been retained to perform oversight to the geological evaluation and drilling program at the Twin Peaks Project in compliance with mining regulations and to oversee future exploration activities and coordinate with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The company has retained Image2Map Services, Inc., of Highland Ranch, CO. which employs state-of-the-art VLF and satellite imaging technologies to identify and refine resource/drilling targets to mining and minerals exploration companies worldwide. The company specializes in spectral interpretation to locate potential hydrothermal alteration targets and structure interpretation to locate potential lineaments and circular structures potentially related to mineralization of metallic deposits. Image2Map will also provide a three-dimensional model of the overall ore body potential of Twin Peaks.
