Confidential documents are collected by a uniformed Accu-Shred employee and are handled with the utmost care from the point of pickup through transport to the AAA NAID Certified secured and video monitored destruction facility. All material is processed through a high-speed industrial double shred/cross-cut shredder. The shredded paper is then baled and shipped to paper mills to be re-pulped into recycled paper products. This final step enables Accu-Shred to maintain competitive pricing for our document shredding services, in addition to providing environmentally responsible document destruction services throughout our community. All confidential material is picked up by uniformed, professional Accu-Shred personnel in fully enclosed and locked security vehicles. All confidential material is shredded onsite at customer's location or promptly as it enters the offsite destruction facility. The offsite shred material is processed through a high speed industrial double shred/cross-cut shredder. Offsite destruction procedures take place in a limited-access video-monitored area. Accu-Shred personnel have passed stringent background checks prior to handling confidential documents.
