He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hawaii and started his career in the Nuclear field. Throughout his career, Dante has been a prominent advocate for energy and water conservation. Dante earned the “Energy Efficiency Awardâ€Â for several properties from Hawaiian Electric Company in 1999, 2002, 2004 and 2006 for implementing energy efficient projects.
