In addition to distribution of a full range of chemicals, CSI markets a full array of specialty products, custom formulated to meet specific customer needs. In 1979 we formed our Waste and Solvent Recycling division. Our modern Part B facility is fully permitted by local, state and federal authorities to safely handle our customer's disposal and recycling needs. In our effort to continue to provide value to our customers, CSI built a custom blending operation. Our blending capabilities include being able to handle flammable, viscous and complex solvent and liquid blends. This enables our customers to save money on insurance, labor and quality control costs. We at CSI are totally committed to satisfying the needs of our customers with products and services that conform to mutually agreed upon requirements.We stock and distribute over 200 common and hard-to-find chemical products in a wide variety of lot sizes and containers from 55 gallon drums, totes, LTL and full tank trucks to rail cars.  Our Morehouse Cowles ViscoMAX multi-shaft mixer and 10,000-gallon stainless steel storage tanks enable CSI to produce more blends to meet increased demand. CSI specializes in the production of flammable products and is capable of producing a wide range of high viscosity blends from 100 to 1,000,000 CPS (centipoises). CSI has the capacity for blending batch sizes up to 7000 gallons and can produce anything from simple solutions to extremely thick and viscous blends.  Our lab uses state-of-the-art instrumentation to assure tight manufacturing tolerances. CSI’s on-site quality control laboratory works around the clock to ensure adherence to product quality requirements. CSI can also provide custom liquid, cream and gel product formula development for household and specialty market items. They can be created to fulfill your color, appearance, pH and viscosity specifications.
