Jack Clark & Sons, Inc. Rubbish Removal is a family owned and operated local business which was established in 1976. We offer front load, rear load, and roll of service in Delaware County and surrounding areas. We supply containers 1-40yds. We service commercial, residential, and industrial clients from small corner stores, office and apartment complexes, schools, contractors, builders, to shopping malls. Service Availability

Delivery and pick up can be scheduled Monday - Friday.

Placement Of Dumpsters

The trucks used for delivery, plus the weight of a full rolloff container can be quite heavy. It is highly recommended that the customer protect any surface where the rolloff is going to be placed with a 4' x 8' sheet(s) of plywood or 2' x 10' planks eight feet long for the wheels of the roll off dumpster. The customer assumes all liabilities for damages to private driving surfaces, pavement or road surfaces and entire roll-off container placement site. Jack Clark and Sons shall not be responsible for any damages to any private driving surface, pavement , sidewalks(aprins), curbs , tree limbs, bushes, or overhead wires. Permits are often required for placement of dumpsters in the street. Please check with your local municipality.

Rental Period

Containers are rented for a 7-10 day period. $5.00 for each additional day over the time period.

Over Loaded or Over Weight

No container may be filled above the height of the walls of the container. If the container is filled heavier then the agreed weight limit, an additional $70 per will be charged.
