Our goal is to make modern recycling a much more convenient and achievable goal.

         Everyone's had a moment when they knew they wanted to recycle, but the burden may have seemed like too much on top of all of their other responsibilities. Recycling actually entails quite a bit of work: Setting up a system, cleaning, rinsing, finding collection areas, separating recyclables, etc. and we would like to make that process a lot easier for you.

           We offer the convenience of picking up your recyclables twice a month and doing all of the separating and rinsing and painstaking work of actually recycling For You. Just throw your recyclables in a bag and we come and pick them up.
           This is your chance to finally put forth that recycling effort without all the hassle. Take advantage of this oppurtunity and help make the world a better place for future generations.

Here at Hussemo Recycling we want to make it as convenient as possible to recycle. Therefore, we have made our full curbside pick up  service very easy. You simply put all of your recyclables in one container and we will pick it up and recycle it for you. No separating, no rinsing, no mess. If you're uncertain about what can and can't be recycled that's ok. We have a full page dedicated to just that. Just go to the 'What Is Recyclable' tab in the top menu.

• Many recycled products use far less energy to be recycled than it takes for the raw product to be created. For example, recycling aluminum requires 95 percent less energy than making it from raw materials. Recycled steel saves 60 percent of energy, recycled newspaper 40 percent and recycled glass 40 percent.[2] Such savings all outweigh the results of incineration and landfill.
