Liquid Waste, Solvent Recycling and Disposal Facility

Our innovative hazardous liquid waste treatment, liquid solvent recycling and disposal facility is located in Bolton, Ontario. The site is licensed by the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and conforms to the stringent standards necessary to operate a hazardous liquid waste recycling and disposal site. 

We are focused on all generators of hazardous waste and solvent waste in Ontario and Quebec (printing and all manufacturing sectors) and strive to deliver top service for your waste management and recycling needs.

Our skilled personnel are trained to handle and pick up hazardous liquid wastes. We take liquid chemical waste recycling and disposal seriously and we manage our clients with the utmost care.

Maratek Environment Inc.'s Mandate

Maratek Environmental's mandate is to develop new technologies for the prevention of pollution in the Graphics, Printing and Photographic industries.

Maratek Environmental will focus its development effort on reducing, reusing and recycling both wastewater and photo-chemicals in all areas of these industries. This company develops technologies, utilizing the experience of Water Technology International Corporation in the application of leading edge technology in the area of wastewater treatment. 

There are more than 10 installations in Printing applications across Canada, including North America's first 'zero effluent discharge' plant at Transcontinental Printing, on Annacis Island in British Columbia. Maratek Environmental Inc. is continually researching and developing new technologies and applications for these technologies, which will help Printing industries meet the growing demand for environmental compliance. This complements our international development plan. 

Concentrating on pollution prevention, 3-R's and waste minimization, the services offered by Maratek Environmental include:

Technical Expertise: Ultra, micro and nano filtration, ion exchange, electrodialysis, reverse osmosis.

Separation Technologies: Absorption, evaporation, freeze concentration, solvent extraction (particularly suitable for high volumes of cleaning solvents and/or high-strength organic wastewaters).
