Dust Stop ® is a 100% environmentally-friendly dust control product. As a non-toxic road dust control product and overall dust suppressant, Dust Stop® effectively eliminates unwanted fugitive dust from unpaved roads of any soil type.

Dust Stop® produces lasting effects thanks to its extremely high molecular weight as well as its resistance to breakdown by enzymes, soil microbes, and UV rays. It can be used for road dust control and is also extremely effective for stockpile dust control, tailings pile dust suppression, and a variety of erosion control applications.

On a larger scale, this environmentally friendly dust control product has the ability and endurance to withstand heavy-haul truck traffic and has been custom tailored to suit the needs of large mining clients for a variety of dust control applications. Dust Stop® can also save massive amounts of water at mine sites where water is the only form of dust suppressant being used, resulting in cost reductions. 

Dust Stop is available in two distinct forms to better meet the requirements of different dust stop projects:

Dust Stop Liquid Concentrate is a dust control product designed with ease of application and long lasting dust suppression results in mind.  Perfectly suited for the mining industry or any other highly travelled roads, Dust Stop Liquid Concentrate can penetrate even the hardest packed soils and withstand even the weight of heavy haul trucks. Its unique formula is able to provide unparalled dust control while being extremely cost effective.  Due to its liquid form, Dust Stop Liquid Concentrate is extremely easy to mix and apply. The highly concentrated formulation of the product allows it to be mixed with several parts water prior to its application and is applicable to any soil type, binding all the soil materials together to form a dust-free barrier - proving to be the ideal dust control solution.

Dust Stop Powder is a highly concentrated, organic-based, cellulosic product that is the most environmentally-friendly dust suppression product on the market. Perfectly suited for applications in environmentally-sensitive areas, not only is the organic composition a desirable quality, but so are the reduced shipping costs associated with transporting a highly-concentrated powder product and its resulting dust control results. Dust Stop Powder is mixed with water just prior to the product’s application and is then directly sprayed onto the road or unpaved surface, providing excellent dust control and erosion control.

EarthZyme is a long term soil stabilization solution that is 100% environmentally-friendly and non-toxic to roadside vegetation.  When used on unpaved roads, EarthZyme's unique formula results in an increased and lasting compaction of clay-based soils that  can substantially decrease road maintenance costs.  Treated soils exhibit excellent improvements in CBR values, reduced permeability and, therefore, a more durable road surface during wet weather.

EarthZyme is not a glue - it acts on the clay component already in the soil. Comprising of a combination of enzymes, electrolytes and surfactants, it works by releasing water from the soil, enabling it to be compacted to a denser form, and it then manipulates the clay to bind it together permanently, increasing its strength and density. By using the insitu clay-based material, significant cost savings are achieved by cutting back on expensive material costs such as aggregate and coarse sand.

The use of EarthZyme soil stabilizer will allow for the use of marginal soil materials, thereby reducing the standard reliance on expensive aggregates and gravels. Once applied correctly, the EarthZyme soil stabilization product will result in a soil with lower permeability due to increased soil density, which in turn results in a harder, more durable road in both dry and wet weather.  

EarthZyme is 100% bio-degradable and derives its efficacy on the clay-based fraction of the soil. After applying EarthZyme, the clay particles present in the soil are no longer attracted to water, allowing for any water in the soil to drain away freely. This results in the clay/soil particles settling closer together and producing lasting soil stabilization. Unlike typical soil stabilization products, EarthZyme uses the clay in the soil as a binder – not the product itself. Other soil stabilization products glue the soil together; once that glue is gone, so are the results. Since EarthZyme uses the clay in the soil as a binder it provide for lasting soil stabilization.

EarthZyme is produced in a highly-concentrated liquid form and is applied using standard equipment and techniques. Once applied, EarthZyme will reduce the tendency for a road to exhibit a number of common maintenance problems such as wash-boarding, rutting, heaving, potholing and dust. The product is super-concentrated, therefore making the product cost-negligible per kilometre or mile of road treated compared to alternative products or standard maintenance costs of un-stabilized roads. EarthZyme is used primarily to stabilize the base of an unsealed road, but can also be used as a soil stabilizer under pavement of any kind.
