All of the parts are completely guaranteed for 90 days and are offered with 6 month, 1 year, or lifetime part and labor warranties at competitive rates. Following these professional standards has earned J & J the status of Certified Automotive Recycler by the Automotive Recyclers Association (a certification earned by only a handful of the auto recyclers in the state of Ohio). For our customers, we provide free delivery and UPS shipping daily. Most parts which are in stock can be delivered within two business days. For those parts not in stock, we have parts locating services allowing us to find almost any part quickly and efficiently. J & J Auto Wrecking will replace or refund our merchandise if defective and returned to us within 90 days, in the same condition as purchased. We are not responsible for any shipping charges on return items. Our warranty is voided if parts are altered, disassembled, or overheated. No returns or deposit refunds on special orders or body cuts. Restocking charges apply on accepted non-defective returns. Deposits void and cores not accepted after 30 days. We are not responsible for damages or any loss caused from installation, removal, or use of this merchandise. Our standard warranty does not cover labor charges. Extended parts and labor warranties can be purchased upon request. Labor warranty claims shall be paid at $50 per hour at OEM spec labor times. Labor shall not exceed the original purchase price of merchandise. Labor warranty does not cover any cost of new gaskets, fluids, belts, etc. We highly recommend the professional installation or mechanical parts as our warranty is voided when damage to any part is due to improper installation. We reserve the right to withhold any refund or replacement until a certified mechanic of our choice can verify that damage is not due to improper installation. Proper installation includes, but is not limited to: the use and replacement of necessary fluids and gaskets, the proper flushing of any existing fluids, and the replacement of any necessary belts, filters, sensors, or gaskets.
