Oil and Gas Wastewater

WSI International has been working closely with oil and gas companies to come up with an ideal solution to frac flow back treatment, surface drilling treatment, horizontal drilling, well completion and dewatering. We've designed and patented a process to not only meet but exceed the heavy demands of the oil and gas industry.

Our process primarily uses three technologies to treat drilling waste; a belt style press for dewatering, dissolved air flotation (DAF) for solids removal and a proprietary polymer blend for both systems. With these technologies, we are able to treat drilling waste at a fraction of the cost compared to other technologies on the market.

WSI has not only developed a process for treatment but also a 'plug and play' module system to fit in with standard drilling equipment. These treatment modules are quickly deployable and provide all the necessary equipment to treat drilling fluids directly from the rig. All modules come with a CLASS I DIV II certification and exceed OSHA requirements for safety.

Food and Beverage Wastewater

WSI design's a number of systems for the food and beverage industry, including; packages treatment plants, standardize equipment and plant renovations. Our systems are uniquely designed for each facility to ensure maximum efficiency and cost savings for our customers.

Our packaged plants come completely assembled, tested and ready to run when they arrive on site. If space is a concern, we've specialized in getting out plants down to the smallest possible footprint. A good example of this achievement is our packaged Brewhaus project. This tiny plant that includes two BCR's, an anoxic zone, dissolved air flotation and full controls that fits into a 5'x5' space.

We've also optimized our standard DAF and belt press designs to specifically treat food and beverage wastewater. These all stainless steel designs are built to last in corrosive environments and exceed guidelines set by the FDA, USDA and FSIS for food processing equipment.
