Our secondary spill containment berms are used for controlling spills of petroleum, oils, lubricates, chemicals and many other hazardous materials.  The secondary spill containment berms are designed specifically to meet the Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure Act (SPCC).  40 CFR 165.85, 40 CFR 264.175, 40 CFR 112. 

We provide spill response and secondary spill containment berms for various applications including Drip Berms, Portable Spill Berms, Flexible Containment Berms, Oil Spill Berms, Fuel Containment Spill Berms, Hazardous Materials and Chemical Spill Berms, Drive Through Foam Spill Berms, Modular Spill Berms, Spill Pads, Drip Berms, Decon Berms and many more.   We provide lightweight or heavy duty textile materials such as XR5, Coolguard, EV7, Polyurethane or PVC depending on customer requirements. POL Systems is a prime supplier to the U.S. Military.  We provide products in strict compliance with military specifications, drawings and operate an ISO9001:2008 quality system.   Products include Berm Liners for Fuel Tank/Bladders, Water Bladders, Onion Tanks, Protective Ground Cloths & Covers, Tarps and Equipment Covers.  Purchase Descriptions include ATPD 2265, ATPD 2266, PD53048, Mil-T-53048, ATPD 2264 and ATPD 2262.   We utilize American made raw materials that are Berry Amendment Compliant.  We are a certified HubZone manufacturer, Women Owned Small Business concern.

Truck and Equipment Tarps & Covers

POL manufatures a wide variety of vinyl, canvas, mesh and poly tarps.   Tarps can be provided utilzing vinyl, polyurethane, pvc, mesh or other materials depending on your needs.  Custom sizes are welcome.   Roll tarps, equipment tarps, tooling tarps and many other types available.  All tarps offered are 'Made In the USA' by POL Systems.

Cutting, Sewing & Kitting Services

POL Systems offers Cutting Services, Sewing Services and Kitting Services.    POL Systems utilizes an environmentally controlled design center with a conveyor (knife) cutting system with the ability to continuously convey unlimited lengths of rolled materials with consistent speed and accuracy. Our turnkey Contract Sewing manufacturing specializing in products for industrial, commercial, medical, sports, search and rescue, and military applications.  Anything product from industrial to ballistic application is available.
