Rock Solid Civil LLC

Rock Solid Civil LLC was founded in 2009 by Jim E. Coslett, P.E.  Jim has over 25 years of civil engineering experience in the consulting industry. By working at large Idaho-based companies he gained the knowledge of complex projects, financial operations, and business development. This experience provided the foundation for Jim to determine the philosophy and vision for the company.

Jim brings his values, business philosophies, and work ethic approach to the projects along with his background and experiences. Jim worked in the public sector for a state and county agency in northern California.  In the private sector he has been the project manager for complicated floodplain development, foothills developments, and municipal engineering projects.

Jim continues to seek opportunities to broaden the company's capabilities with the aim of creating more jobs in Idaho.  His wish is to create a work environment at Rock Solid Civil where people will want to work and he encourages employees to achieve outstanding results while maintaining an active personal life.
